- Yarn packages are packed on fumigated wooden pallets certified according to the ISPM-15 standards.
- Yarn packages are packed on pallets or carton boxes with separating carton sheets depending on customer’s weight & densities requirements.
- Pallets are strapped stretch film wrapped.
- Each Cone is wrapped in a transparent plastic bag for protection and visual inspection.
- Each cone is labeled with a production date, yarn count, Lot number, machine number and shift number for quality trouble shooting with historical data systems.
- All lots are produced in different cone/cheese colors to facilitate the product identification for our customers.
